Here is an animation with a duet version of the song.  Enjoy!  You can sing along as you watch and then do the activities below.  Afterwards, you can learn to play the song by downloading the free sheet music (coming soon) for guitar and piano with lyrics, and since this is also a colouring page, you can colour in all the characters.  Finally, you could learn the duet part or compose your own.

Lyrics
The wheels on the bus go round and round,
Round and round, round and round,
The wheels on the bus go round and round,
All day long.

The wipers on the bus go swish, swish, swish,
Swish, swish, swish, swish, swish, swish,
The wipers on the bus go swish, swish, swish,
All day long.

The Mummies on the bus go chatter, chatter, chatter,
Chatter, chatter, chatter, chatter, chatter, chatter,
The Mummies on the bus go chatter, chatter, chatter,
All day long.

The Daddies on the bus go nod, nod, nod,
Nod, nod, nod, nod, nod, nod,
The Daddies on the bus go nod, nod, nod,
All day long.

The babies on the bus go wah, wah, wah,
Wah, wah, wah, wah, wah, wah,
The babies on the bus go wah, wah, wah,
All day long.

The bell on the bus goes ding-a-ling-a-ling,
Ding-a-ling-a-ling, ding-a-ling-a-ling,
The bell on the bus goes ding-a-ling-a-ling,
All day long.

The horn on the bus goes beep, beep, beep,
Beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep,
The horn on the bus goes beep, beep, beep,
All day long.

The doors on the bus go open and shut,
Open and shut, open and shut,
The doors on the bus go open and shut,
All day long.

Repeat Verse 1

Activities

This is a great action song!
Verse 1 - imitate the wheels going around with your arms by your sides

Verse 2 - imitate the wipers with your arms in front of you
Verse 3 - imitate the mouths of the Mommies chattering with your fingers hitting against your thumb
Verse 4 - nod like the Daddies
Verse 5 - act out the crying of the baby
Verse 6 - mime the pulling of the bell
Verse 7 - pretend that your child's nose is the horn
Verse 8 - open your hands, then clap them together to imitate the doors
Verse 9 - same as verse 1

Children absolutely love this song.  I have found it very useful for cheering up my daughter, and it can pass a lot of time on a car journey.  You can make up lots of your own verses with animals or people you know.
